In Kind Donation Request

At Evergreen Family Wines, we’re passionate about giving back to the communities that make what we do possible. We proudly support organizations connected to the Washington Wine Industry and charities serving Leavenworth, Prosser, and Woodinville.

We’re honored to frequently support incredible causes like the Wishing Star Foundation, Distinguished Flying Cross Society, and Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital, along with other local nonprofits that strengthen our communities.

Eligible organizations must be recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(6) nonprofit. To complete your request, please email the following documents that are required by state law for an alcohol donation to be made to info@evergreenfamilywines.com after submitting your form:

Your 501(c)(3) Letter of Determination
Your Special Occasion License from the Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board (WSLCB).

Requests must be submitted at least six (6) weeks before your event. Those received with less notice may not be reviewed. If approved, we’ll notify you by email.

While we wish we could support every cause, we’re unable to contribute to:

Political causes or candidates, crowdfunding efforts (e.g., GoFundMe), sports teams or clubs (e.g., Little League, professional sports), individual or private fundraising efforts, entertainment or commercial sponsorships.
