DESCRIPTION:Erin McNamee was born and raised in Sultan WA\, a small Cascade Mountain town in the Skykomish River Valley. She was a true singer from the time she could speak. Her mother will tell a story about a determined 5 year old who sang in preschool for her class\, her favorite records strewn about every afternoon as she sang along with every word. Singing was Erin’s destiny set in motion. \nSpending childhood and teenage years in regional choirs: Seattle Girls Choir\, Seattle Opera and Symphony choruses\, guitar lessons and of course; voice. As a young singer-songwriter\, Erin became as a solo artist at the age of 16\, singing songs and playing guitar at open mics and coffee shops\, which she had to drive to Seattle to find back then. She started meeting her early music friends back in those days. \nAfter high school\, Erin moved to Seattle to a tiny studio apartment on Capitol Hill for music study at Cornish College of the Arts. It seemed to be a perfect fit. While schooling at Cornish\, as her artistic interests varied greatly. She studied everything she could. As Erin says\, “music school is where you ditch your TV and start consuming nothing but music… 24/7.” The faculty at Cornish were amazing musicians\, and emphatically guided the course for good listening\, practice and jumping into ensembles.

DESCRIPTION:Sergio Cuevas was born and raised in the little Bavarian-themed mountain town of Leavenworth\, Washington.\nSergio began studying and performing piano at age six. By age thirteen\, he began performing at local dances with R&B bands. In high school\, Sergio’s main focus turned to the drum set as he participated in both Jazz Band and Combo Jazz Bands.  \nSergio went on to earn his BM in Jazz Performance from Cornish College of the Arts where he studied under the three-time Latin Grammy nominee and Brazilian master pianist\, Jovino Santos Neto. Also at Cornish\, he studied with the great jazz trombonist\, Julian Priester\, as well as with Seattle jazz legends Mark Ivester and Chuck Deardorf.  \nBased in Japan and Leavenworth\, Washington\, Sergio performs an impressive schedule of regular gigs year-round. Sergio is fiercely committed to enriching his communities with energetic music performances alongside various local talent. Sergio holds numerous performing residencies and continues to enliven the Shinshu Nagano and Leavenworth areas. Sergio’s principal instrument is percussion\, but he is proficient on piano\, guitar and bass. Some of Sergio’s professional highlights are performing and touring with Jamaican reggae legend Clinton Fearon\, forming the multi-genre dance band Chumstick Liberation Front\, acting as principal arranger and director of multi-artist projects for local Leavenworth musicians\, as well as serving on advisory committees with the Cascade School District.

DESCRIPTION:Rising Artist: Farshid Babazadeh \nFarshid Babazadeh was born in 1956. \nHis artistic nature drew him towards music\, and he began playing the guitar at 12. \nHe studied this instrument at the Music Institute and soon played professionally and taught private students. \nFarshid moved to the Los Angeles area in 1979. There\, he temporarily suspended his musical pursuits and earned a living in photography\, videography\, and a professional photofinishing lab. \nThe Artist’s soul in him re-awakened and guided him to the California Arts Institute where he studied and learned the fundamentals and the techniques of the old masters. His paintings were often portrayed as one of the best among fellow students in the school’s brochure. He also explored the sculpting of the human anatomy. Later Farshid studied stone-cutting at the University of Judaism and pursued an Associate in Arts in figure drawing. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nAfter painting a few commissioned pieces\, Farshid turned to more personal and original expressions where he sought to capture the essence of yesteryear. \nHe is inspired by the mysteries of the imagination\, as well as the beauty and majesty of nature. For him\, most aspiratory artists are Dutch painters like Rembrandt\, whose paintings always bring a dark to light luminosity\, or Alma Tedma\, who captures the realism of life. \nFarshid started working with many galleries in Laguna Beach and participated in many juried art shows at California Art Institute \nMy art business has been designated as a “Trusted Art Seller” with The Art Storefronts Organization\, which means you can shop with confidence\, and know that I stand behind the quality and value of my products.

DESCRIPTION:The Knutzen Brothers’ Acoustic Album is a collection of our favorite all-acoustic original songs\, including “Long Road Back to You\,” “Grandma’s Secret Recipes\,” and “My Ocean\,” the results of which became the soundtrack to multiple family memory videos on our YouTube Channel. The Acoustic Album is packed with acoustic gold that continues to entertain audiences to this day. \nThe album also features Gabriel playing ukulele on the song “Ukulele Love Song\,” where he discovered his joy of playing the instrument and became inspired to incorporate it more in their live sets. Gabriel’s uke prowess is showcased on his album — It’s About Time — where he performs many songs from yesteryear to kick up some nostalgia for the older generations. Further\, the songs serve to inspire and inform younger generations of the power of some of the classics. \n\n\n\n\nAs they honed their craft on nights and weekends\, Caleb worked at a senior memory care community where he regularly performed for seniors to help residents with Alzheimer’s relive their musical favorites. It gave him great joy to share his love of music with the community via the form of musical therapy. The song “Grandma’s Secret Recipes” was written for his grandmother Marie\, who suffered from dementia\, and has since been used as a musical homage and reminder of the highlights of her life.

DESCRIPTION:“At the young age of just three years old Zac Burrell started to play drums for the first time. The early talent was noted by his Uncle who gave him his first full-size drum set at the age of four. Growing up in the city of Pasco\, Washington\, with two sisters and both parents who were a major musical influence on his life. The classic rock influence came from playing AC/DC\, Stevie Ray Vaughn\, Led Zeppelin and Rush in the basement with Dad. Mom brought Pop and Motown (Marvin Gaye\, Stevie Wonder\, Michael Jackson\, Prince and The Temptations) into the picture. These foundational influences along with the then-current music of his era (Hansen\, Creed\, N’Synce\, Chris Brown\, Eminem\, Usher) began to mold the timing signature he so often displays today. \nAt the age of 13 he began to master the guitar and at 15 started writing original songs after school and between sports practices. During his high school years he formed a couple bands with friends and also started playing the piano. \nBy his high school graduation Zac had decided that music would be forever part of his life. As he entered college he molded his curriculum around a music career. In his second year of college (2013) he dropped out to pursue a professional drumming career for the national touring pop rock band Night Argent. \n\nWhile touring nationally with Night Argent since 2013\, Zac has played a huge part in the bands success from a National Television Debut on AXS TV\, to Winning the Ernie Ball Battle of the Bands contest as drummer in the band Night Argent in 2015. Performed at Vans Warped Tour 2014\, 2015\, and 2016\, Performed at SXSW 2015 and 2016\, having thousands of YouTube views\, Recording at Robert Lang Studios 2016\, Rainmaker Studios 2018\, and most recently with his solo project recording at Synergy Productions 2018. \n\nZac also played the last two years with local country cover band Stompin’ Ground with founder and local legend Kevin “Mofo” Williams\, where he would try out his original material with songs like “Cowboy” and “Love What We Does”… Besides playing nationally with his band in Night Argent\, and locally with Stompin’ Ground\, Zac has personally performed and opened for Old Dominion\, James Otto Wade Hayes\, Trick Pony\, Keith Anderson\, Ty Herndon\, Jason Michael Carrol\, Sawyer Brown Band\, Rust on the Rails\, and Zack Hinson. Working alongside producer Sean Walker at Synergy Productions in Seattle Wa\, and Multiple Grammy Winning Engineer Andrew Mendelson at Georgetown Masters in Nashville\, TN… His three song EP titled “Part One” is Zac’s very first solo project! Zac is also in the midst or releasing his first full length music video for his song “Cowboy”\, with Chase Thompson and Shane Santanna of Rain Maker Productions. DESCRIPTION:Sergio Cuevas was born and raised in the little Bavarian-themed mountain town of Leavenworth\, Washington.\nSergio began studying and performing piano at age six. By age thirteen\, he began performing at local dances with R&B bands. In high school\, Sergio’s main focus turned to the drum set as he participated in both Jazz Band and Combo Jazz Bands.  \nSergio went on to earn his BM in Jazz Performance from Cornish College of the Arts where he studied under the three-time Latin Grammy nominee and Brazilian master pianist\, Jovino Santos Neto. Also at Cornish\, he studied with the great jazz trombonist\, Julian Priester\, as well as with Seattle jazz legends Mark Ivester and Chuck Deardorf.  \nBased in Japan and Leavenworth\, Washington\, Sergio performs an impressive schedule of regular gigs year-round. Sergio is fiercely committed to enriching his communities with energetic music performances alongside various local talent. Sergio holds numerous performing residencies and continues to enliven the Shinshu Nagano and Leavenworth areas. Sergio’s principal instrument is percussion\, but he is proficient on piano\, guitar and bass. Some of Sergio’s professional highlights are performing and touring with Jamaican reggae legend Clinton Fearon\, forming the multi-genre dance band Chumstick Liberation Front\, acting as principal arranger and director of multi-artist projects for local Leavenworth musicians\, as well as serving on advisory committees with the Cascade School District.
